Shipping policy

Shipping

Orders are packed by us in Indiana and usually ship within 3–5 business days. Processing times may run longer during busy periods and market weekends.

Shipping costs: Orders of $35 or more qualify for free shipping. Rates and available shipping options for other orders are shown at checkout.

Delivery: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking when available. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location.

Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States.

Holiday orders: For the best chance of Christmas delivery with standard shipping, please order by December 10, 2026. We can't guarantee delivery dates once a package is with the carrier.

Address and delivery issues: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email aknotthatbinds@gmail.com as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to help if your order hasn't shipped yet. If your tracking stops updating or your package seems lost, email us with your order number.
